Her favorite part about being a stylist is helping people build confidence in themselves and seeing how happy they are after a service. She can’t wait to meet new clients and help them achieve their goals!

Originally from Michigan, Shan was trained at the Douglas J Aveda Institute in East Lansing. With over 10 years of experience she specializes in balayage and highlights to achieve that California lived-in blonde. Her other specialties include tousled beach waves and textured face framing cuts. She loves an effortless style that clients can take home and recreate themselves. She forms trusting relationships with her clients by giving detailed consultations and setting expectations. Shan has taken advanced color and cutting classes with both Matrix and Aveda and has put that knowledge into creating a memorable guest experience with great results!

Lily started with us in 2018 as our receptionist and found a passion for hair, beginning the process of getting licensed in 2020. She specializes in lived-in color, blended highlights, balayage, blonding, extension services, soft layers, and textured cuts. She has a passion for low-maintenance hair that is both effortless and polished!

A Nashville native! Ally focuses on precision haircuts and beautiful balayage highlights. Her other specialties include vivid fashion colors as well as platinum blondes/bleach and tones! She is also our resident Hot Heads extensions stylist and can get you ready for a big event or maintain your everyday style.

After moving from St. Louis to Nashville, Hannah attended the Salon Professional Academy before starting at Dandelion. Behind the chair, she enjoys working with naturally curly hair and “fresh from the beach” balayage highlights/babylites. Be ready to relax when you are here with Hannah, her shampoo/head massage will put you to sleep!

John is originally from Mississippi, and after graduating from the Paul Mitchell Academy in Memphis he has continued his education in and outside of the salon. While he offers full services behind the chair, he excels in curly, textured cuts, while also enjoying transformative color, blowouts, and extensions! He is very excited to be taking on new clients.

Cori is a Southern California native raised near Laguna Beach, CA. She attended cosmetology school at Toni&Guy Hairdressing Academy in Costa Mesa, and worked in Newport Beach for 3 years before moving to Nashville. With a fresh focus on hand-tied extensions, she also specializes in blonding such as highlights, balayage, and lived-in color. Cori is eager to build her clientele in Nashville and hopes to see you in her chair.

Savana

Savana is originally from outside of Chicago. She found her love for styling after attending Lipscomb University, and then deciding to change paths and join our team, taking the time to learn and train under the other amazing stylists here at Dandelion. She specializes in dimensional brunettes, blended balayage, and loves making people feel good and look their best by closely talking with them about how to achieve their dream hair!

Originally from Waverly, a small town just an hour away from Nashville in West TN, Briayna attended Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute. She specializes in blonding, reds, and lived-in color. She also loves layered cuts and soft shapes. Briayna exudes a relaxed and positive attitude, making her clients feel most important and right at home.

Alexis

Stylist Apprentice

Originally from KY, Alexis is now calling East Nashville home. While specializing in blonding, lived-in color, and bridal styles/ makeup, Lexi also has a goal to give her clients a space where they can be authentic. She is passionate about honest expectations, and her main goal is prioritizing the health of your hair. Fall in love with your hair again with Lexi.

Hailey came to Dandelion at the beginning of 2022. Not only does she help the staff to keep their wits, but she enables our salon to run smoothly and effortlessly.

Abbey is our front desk coordinator & resident Spotify DJ. She can help you with all of you questions and booking inquiries, pricing quotes, and service options. She is talented artist and is available for commissions outside of the salon!
